Our mission is to assist and provide services for individuals in developing their abilities to achieve choices for their quality of life as active members of their community where they choose to live, work and develop social relationships, along with physical and emotional well-being.
Harper Thompson Home Health Care objective is to provide the best quality care and
services for our clients. Our staff is educated on how to take the
time and steps that are required to accommodate the specific care needs of the individual.
We also support the families of the individuals in any way that is needed.
Our policy for our agency is given equally to individuals regardless of age,
creed, handicap, marital status, national origin, race, sex, or sexual orientation.
*If we feel that we cannot safely provide and support the individuals
needs we do hold the right to not accept them through the agency, however, we will help in finding
another agency that will be able to accommodate the individual.
Due to the Global Pandemic of COVID-19 and the increase of varients that may derive
from COVID-19 in the future, our agency is asking that all applicants provide us with
a copy of their COVID-19 Vaccine card record.
(We will make a copy of your vaccine card and keep it in your medical file)
If you have not been vaccinated, you will be required to take a weekly COVID test and
proof of the results will need to be submitted to the office.
This is to ensure the safety of not only you as an applicant or future employee with the agency,
but also the clients that our agency services in the community. Our agency looks out for the health
and safety of our employees and our clients and all office staff.
